New Look and Brandon are highly recommended. After waiting a week for a competitor to come out and give me an exorbitant estimate, I searched the internet and found New Look. Brandon was giving me an estimate in person within an hour of getting him on the phone. I was lucky enough that he had an opening the next day and everything was installed within 24 hours of contacting him. Not to mention he was less than half the price of the other company. It was as if I bought all the materials and paid for his labor, he had no material mark up. You'd have real trouble finding that with anyone else.

Bradon and his team were great, very professional and courteous. They were able to get a customized garage door, fix it and haul my old one in couple of hours and almost at half the price of the other quotes. I would highly recommend Bradon!

Brandon was great. He spoke to me in advance and let me know what was needed. He arrived on site and answered my questions. He was patient, professional and considerate.

Brandon is an expert in his work. And he is a man of his words. He did an excellent job and did everything what he said. He does not oversell the products and he recommends what you really need. He tries to save you money if he can. If you donâ t need a new door, he would tell you that. He gave me the options from the lowest budget option to the highest. He did not force me to choose the most expensive one. He gave me time to think about it and I made my own decision.

Brandon was GREAT to work with. Knew the ins and outs of Garage doors and instillion. I am so GLAD I call him. He was the best price for the same door. All the other companies told me what the were not going to do( additional retrofit the system with additional blocking,etc. Brandon said No Problem! He added all the things need to retrofit the new door to a over 40 year garage door. He made sure all facets of the doors operation new and old together and made adjustments as necessary. Responded quickly within a day and was able to get the door in one day-others thought at least a week to 10 days for delivery of door. He went and picked it up and installed it in a few hours. Left nothing after he cleaned up, took the old door and any trash or left over materials with him. If you need anything done from troubleshooting, to a whole new door and/or closer. Stayed to complete the installation (didn't come up short with time or materials and did not need to leave to get anything). The other bigger companies do not have the people skills that Brandon exhibited.

Brandon was easy to deal with and very dedicated to doing the best job possible. The new garage door was installed on time, and for the price quoted. He also installed a garage door opener, and adjusted the closing and opening just right. Brandon then went over the workings of the door and how to maintain it for years of trouble free service. The owner of New Look Garage Doors personally responded to my inquiry, provided an assessment of what was necessary to get my garage door working. He offered practical advice and an affordable solution without pressure to add major and costly upgrades that were not necessary at this point it time. Brandon was personable and prompt, arriving 5 minutes early for the scheduled appointment to complete the installation of the new opener and perform adjustments and maintenance on the existing hardware and mechanics. He cleaned up following the installation, leaving my garage cleaner than it was prior to his arrival with a newly installed, much quieter garage door opener at a price that was a fraction of the estimate received elsewhere. I highly recommend Brandon and New Look Garage Doors and will use them again if I have future garage door needs.
